My stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful. the staff went above and beyond to ensure that I felt welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. They were incredibly kind and helpful, making sure that I had everything I needed. Secondly, the traditional Japanese decor of the rooms was simply charming. Sleeping on a soft futon under a fluffy doona with a view of the mountain was a memorable experience. Lastly, the breakfast provided was exceptional. It was delicious and served with attention to detail. I couldn't have asked for a better way to start my day on the slopes.
Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect.

The food was great, and the staff seemed friendly enough. The private shower was small but thankfully we just used the larger shared facilities. The location was great as it had easy access to ski slopes. It felt nice to relax in the onsen after a long day of skiing. The mountain view was beautiful to see even just from the room.
The room had basic amenities and it felt cramped. There was no central air conditioning or heat, just the traditional heater.

We had an incredible stay at a traditional Japanese ryokan in the heart of the city center. the location couldn't be more perfect, as we were just a short walk away from everything, including the bus terminal. the staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and attentive. the Japanese breakfast was delicious, and the traditional onsen was the perfect way to relax after a long day of skiing. Our room was spacious, with a beautiful view of the mountain and daily housekeeping service.
The heating in the room was a bit too hot, even on the lowest setting, so we had to turn it on and off throughout the night.

This hotel was an absolute gem! the location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the bus terminal, making it super convenient for exploring the surrounding ski resorts. And speaking of convenience, the staff were incredibly helpful, providing us with all the information we needed on shuttle buses and the best time to catch them. Secondly, the rooms were cozy and had breathtaking views of the ski area. I couldn't resist snuggling up on the comfy futon under a fluffy doona every night. Lastly, the breakfast spread was simply mouthwatering. With different Japanese dishes and eggs, they really catered to all tastes and even had special chopsticks and kid-friendly options.
No complaints whatsoever, everything was perfect.

The food was great and we loved the onsen! Plus, the views of the mountains were amazing. the staff was also very friendly.
The accommodations were not comfortable for a winter trip. the futons were thin and uncomfortable, and there were no couches or chairs to relax on in the room.
